Annual Business Plan and Long-Term Financial Plan

Our staff have a long track record in preparing Annual Business Plans (‘ABP’) and Long Term Financial Plans (‘LTFP’)

This includes:
• Development of ABP and LTFP project plan
• Preparation of budget templates for staff completion
• One-on-one meetings with managers, and staff to develop ABP/LTFP assumptions and associated financial projections
• Preparation of budget/LTFP document and associated reports for the Council and Audit and Risk Management Committee including the required financial statements and associated financial indicators
• Presentation of the ABP/LTFP to the Council and Audit and Risk Management Committee
